The first attempt at a studio: early-stage stakes, an app, and a founders' club in Lisbon.

In 2021 Blue Green Lab described itself as a venture studio that would support and create young companies. It invested in a handful of young companies and co-founded Armario, an app for renting items while travelling. Armario no longer exists.

In 2022 the Lab moved to Lisbon as a private club for founders, investors and developers working on web3, linked to Algae's coworking project. When that project stopped, the Lab went quiet.

The idea didn't disappear. It is why Blue Green now works one project at a time.
