Lisbon

The brief was simple to state and slow to execute: keep what gives the building its character, and rebuild everything that stands in the way of living well in it.

That meant working with the original stone, tile and proportions rather than against them — and being patient through the parts of a renovation that don't photograph well.

Lisbon is the first place project under Blue Green. It won't be the last.
