An album before a company
How a week of music in Portugal became KAIROS — and then a programme.

In November 2025 Adrien stopped everything for seven days. No email, no projects. With a friend, in a small quinta by a river in Portugal, the goal was to make one piece of electronic music from scratch, with an hour of coaching a day.
The first days were chaotic. Then, on an evening they were about to give up, a doubled effect on a melody changed everything. On day seven the track was published: Wagatho.
“Not perfect. Not professional. But real.”
Within weeks one track became ten: KAIROS, released on 19 December 2025 under the ALWIN name and the Blue Green Records credit. A film followed, shot on the volcanic landscapes of Lanzarote.
By March 2026 the album had revealed its real subject — the moment people stop waiting — and became Kairos, a programme with its own name, site and community. In August 2026 a Kairos expedition reached the summit of Mount Kazbek, 5,054 metres.

It is the clearest example in the archive of how Blue Green works: explore something with no business plan, build it for real, and learn what it wants to become.
