Blue Green Capital was created in 2016 as a real-estate investment company, buying alone or together with other investors in club deals. Adrien Hardy bought his first property the same year, while working in real-estate investment at Bouygues Immobilier, Jones Lang LaSalle and La Française.

In 2020 the house launched Blue Green Space: shared homes and third places in Paris designed around nature, wellbeing and energy renovation — later including a film-inspired room in Montmartre.

Real estate is how the rest was financed: time first, then travel, then everything that followed.
